Shipping and Returns Policy

1. Returns or Replacements of items sold will only be acceptable within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order. Any returns or replacement request received beyond 7 days will automatically rejected.

2. Refunds for Returns will be processed / initiated only after the product reaches our warehouse and proper Quality Check has been done.

3. Replacement Product will be shipped, once the sold product reaches our warehouse and proper check has been done. Kindly note that Shipping Charges for replacement product will be borne by Buyer as per actual.

4. Items Sold under SALE Page will not be eligible for Return & Replacement.

5. Shipping Cost of sending the product back to our warehouse for Refund or Replacement will be borne by Buyer Only, and If the Buyer places his / her second order within 30 Days of Refund / Replacement, the New Order will be delivered with Free Shipping.

6. Return or Replacement does not apply to following –

   • Customized or Tailored Made product as per your special requirements.

   • Item that have been Opened or Used.

   • Item not returned in its Original Packing.

   • Item received in Damaged Condition.

7. We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

   • Item may get Damaged during transit.

   • Item may have a Manufacturing Defect.

   • Wrong Item is delivered to you.

In any of the case as above, We will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement /return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame (7days).

NOTE : REFUNDS WILL BE MADE VIA NEFT / IMPS / BANK TRANSFERS ONLY. NO CASH REFUNDS WOULD BE PROVIDED.

NOTE- For International Orders, Shipping charges and Other Country Specific Duties / Charges / Taxes, will be paid by theBuyer as per actual directly to the Courier Companies like DHL, FEDEX, TNT, etc.
