Order Shipped To India Address

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. You may exchange the merchandise for another colour, a different size, or an entirely new style. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition—is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected—you may return or exchange the merchandise. For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. The exchange is valid within 15 days from the date of which these goods were delivered. We do not return or exchange gift cards, jewellery and accessories once dispatched, unless it is a manufacturing defect. Returns are not valid on discounted merchandise.



Easy Online Domestic Returns And Exchanges

It’s easier than you think. Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail:

  • On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.

  • Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice. Courier the parcel back to us. Our representative will guide you with the courier details.

  • Once received, our team will study the need for return or exchange and based on their jurisdiction the exchange request will be processed.

  • For a refund or a credit note, please write to us at customercare@ripochiadesignhouse.com



International Returns

We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at customercare@ripochiadesignhouse.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.


We do not accept any damage complaints after 15 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a "Return Accepted" confirmation email from us.


Note: there might be return duties/taxes applicable, so kindly do not ship anything back to us. We won’t be liable to pay the duties/taxes arises on the return shipment.
